We wish to inform you that, according to the section 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the company GIUSSANI TECHNIQUES S.p.A. will process the data you provide fairly and lawfully and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
The provision of data is optional, but a refusal to submit them determines the inability for GIUSSANI TECHNIQUES S.p.A. to carry out its obligations related to the contract of which you are part.
The personal data you provide are collected using paper and computer systems and they are processed, even with the help of electronic systems, directly and / or through third party companies (eg: freight forwarders) for the following purposes:
a) services provided by the company. In particular: order management, goods issue, billing, customer database
b) ticket for exhibitions, catalogue and price list updates delivery
In any case, your data will not be disclosed or sold to third parties (the only exceptions are: communication of data to companies for the transportation and delivery of the products, banks and consultants with specific tasks).
Within GIUSSANI TECHNIQUES S.p.A. data may be known only by clerks specifically belonging to the following departments: Administration and Accounting, Customer Service, Technical and Development, Warehouse and Production and Sales.
You have the right at any time to obtain from the data processor (Mr. Silvano Prampolini) information regarding the processing of your data, its methods and aims and logic applied as well:
1) the confirmation of the data, the communication of such data and of its origin.
2) the identification data of the data controller as well as the entities or the categories of entity to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may receive data in their capacity as person in charge of the processing.
3) updating, rectification and integration of the data
4) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully
5) certification to the effect that the operations as per points 3) and 4) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected
6) to object: to the processing of data, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection, on legitimate grounds; to the processing of data where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising material or for the completion of market surveys.
